2027 COACH ANNOUNCEMENT: DEAN STAFRACE U18 BYSL1

Keilor Park is pleased to announce Dean Stafrace as our U18 BYSL1 Coach for the 2027 season.

Dean brings extensive coaching experience across elite youth and development football, including work with Australian Schoolboys, Victorian Schoolboys, Melbourne Victory’s Talented Player Program and Victorian representative pathways. His background reflects a strong commitment to developing players and building consistent football environments.

In 2026, Dean has led KPSC’s GYPL program, contributing to the growth and alignment of our girls’ pathway. His approach to player development and football education has been a valuable part of our club’s progress.

Dean will guide our U18 BYSL1 squad through an important year, supporting players as they prepare for senior football and continue their development within a competitive environment.

We look forward to seeing Dean lead our U18s in 2027.

2027 U15 BYSL1 Coaching Announcement

Jake steps into the 2027 season continuing the work he began with our U14s, guiding the group into U15s with the same commitment, care and consistency they’ve come to rely on.

Now entering his 10th year of coaching and holding an Accredited C Diploma, Jake brings experience, patience and a genuine passion for helping young players grow, not just in football, but as people.

He finds real fulfilment in watching his players develop, push themselves and reach higher levels. Seeing his own kids play in higher age groups this season has been a special highlight, and watching his former U18s group compete in the 23s this year has been another reminder of why he loves coaching; the long‑term journey and the progress.

Jake’s impact is felt well beyond matchday, and we’re excited to see him continue leading this group into the next chapter.

U15 Girls YPL Coaching Appointment: Marco Santilli, supported by Assistant Coach Felice Bonaccurso

After an outstanding 2026 season leading our U13 Girls YPL side, Marco Santilli and Felice Bonaccurso step up to guide our U15s in 2027. The dynamic duo enjoyed a fantastic campaign, while continuing to foster a strong team culture and a genuine love of the game.

Accredited C Licence coaches, Marco and Felice have built a reputation for creating a positive, high-performance environment where players are challenged to grow both technically and personally. Their strong partnership, tactical knowledge and ability to connect with players have made them highly respected figures within the club.

With the foundations firmly in place and plenty of momentum behind them, we`re excited to see Marco, Felice and the girls continue their journey and embrace the opportunities that await in 2027. 💜⚽
