🌟 NATIONAL VOLUNTEER WEEK SPOTLIGHT ON SYLVIA ATTARD 🌟
Every club has that one person who keeps everything moving, even when no one is watching.
We have a few of those, and one of them is Sylvia Attard.
Sylvia’s impact is felt in every corner of Keilor Park SC.
As a Committee Member, U23 VPL2 Team Manager, and Apparel Manager, she wears many hats and carries an enormous workload, yet somehow brings calm, precision, and genuine care to every role.
Managing apparel for more than 700 players, coaches, TMS, staff and the community is a job most would run from! From designs to size fittings, orders, deadlines and distribution, it’s a massive, high‑pressure operation… and Sylvia handles it with the kind of composure that makes the impossible look easy. Because of her, every player steps onto the pitch prepared.
You’ll find Sylvia marshalling on match days, helping in the kitchen, working behind the bar, supporting events, and stepping in wherever the club needs her. She strengthens the sense of community that defines who we are.
Her silent achievements are appreciated. The late nights sorting apparel, last‑minute fixes and the countless hours ensuring no player is overlooked.
Today, as National Volunteer Week kicks off, we celebrate and thank Sylvia!

As Female Football Week draws to a close for another year, we finished on the perfect note yesterday, with our Mini Roos Girls walking out alongside our Senior Women. Moments like these are what our pathway is all about; inspiring our youngest players by connecting them with the women they look up to.
We were honoured to have Mayor Virginia Tachos join us for the official coin toss.
A huge thank you to Tanya from AGS Motion Media for capturing these beautiful moments. Your photos help tell the story of our female program and the incredible community behind it.
At Keilor Park, the future of women’s football is bright!

Matt and Nat Mindset, Our NPL Senior Women - Abby Holmes, Kenady Leighton and Maggie Lena, and our Coaching and Refereeing panel - Club coaches Hannah Ryan, Maddy Kamolins and Football Australia`s Female Engagement Lead for Refereeing Karen Hennessy, we appreciate you all!
A special thank you to our event organisers Kerry and Di, whose hard work and organisation made this event possible. Your dedication to our female program continues to shape the future of football at Keilor Park.

𝐅𝐔𝐋𝐋 𝐓𝐈𝐌𝐄 — HOME RESULTS
A day of mixed results at home against Boroondara Eagles FC. Our Senior Women fell 2-5, with Jess Sheehan celebrating her first senior NPLW goal alongside a finish from Runa Komidori.
A strong performance from our U20 Women, securing a 3-1 win. Goals from Mackenzie Runciman, Lida Zomaya, and Hunter Gercovich sealing a well-earned result.
That wraps up the first half of the season — we reset, refocus, and get ready for what’s ahead.
