NATIONAL VOLUNTEER WEEK: THANK YOU, KERRY SPENCE

This week, we’re celebrating the incredible people behind Keilor Park Soccer Club, and today we recognise the outstanding contribution of Kerry Spence.

Kerry joined the club six years ago when her eldest son first laced up his boots in the sport, and since then has become a familiar and much-valued part of our community. With her daughter now proudly playing in our U15s NPL Girls team, Kerry’s connection to the club continues to grow.

Over the years, Kerry has worn many hats, from Team Manager, canteen and bar volunteer, to most recently Women & Girls Ambassador. Kerry is a driving force behind events and fundraising initiatives. Most recently, she helped deliver successful events like our Women in Football and Bingo Nights, bringing people together over many laughs and strengthening our club culture.

Kerry’s energy, passion and willingness to step up wherever needed embodies what KPSC is all about!

Thank you, Kerry, for everything you do for KPSC, we appreciate you!

🌟 NATIONAL VOLUNTEER WEEK SPOTLIGHT ON TINA DE ANGELIS 🌟
Every successful club has someone who quietly keeps the entire operation running.
At Keilor Park SC, that person is our 'engine room' Tina De Angelis.

As Club Secretary, Tina holds one of the most demanding and complex roles in football administration, and she does it with precision, calmness, and drive. From player expressions of interest to registrations, payments, governance, and day‑to‑day club operations, Tina is the steady force ensuring everything flows exactly as it should.

Her impact has been enormous. Getting a player onto the pitch involves countless steps behind the scenes, including internal systems, Football Victoria registrations, compliance checks, communication, and troubleshooting. Tina oversees it with accuracy, care, and a genuine commitment to improving the experience for players, families, and volunteers.

She is our key liaison with Football Victoria, our in‑house Dribl expert, and has championed efficient processes. Her passion for automation has modernised the way our club operates, reducing admin load and helping hundreds of families navigate the season with ease.

Her work may be behind the scenes, but it directly enables every training session and every match day.

And of course, her legendary cocktail‑making skills bring a spark of fun to club events!

Thank you Tina, not just this National Volunteer Week, but every day for your incredible contribution to our club!
