🌟 FEMALE FOOTBALL WEEK: SPOTLIGHT ON MADDY KAMOLINS 🌟
Maddy Kamolins has been coaching for around six years, driven by a simple but powerful goal to give young girls the representation she never had growing up. She stepped into coaching to be the role model she once needed, and that purpose still guides her today.
She finds her inspiration in the players she works with. Their drive and commitment push her to keep improving and to show up as the best version of herself for them.
For Maddy, the heart of coaching is the people. The connections, the friendships, and the community she’s built through football have become a major part of her life. Some of the most important relationships she has today started on the pitch.
Her advice to anyone thinking about coaching is honest: it’s okay not to know where to begin. Find someone you connect with, learn from them, allow yourself to make mistakes, and keep growing.
