Joining the Club

With 41 teams in 2024 and the excitement of welcoming even more players next year, we are committed to continuing our proud 66-year football history. We have teams ranging from U7s to Seniors (Community League, Junior Girls NPL, State and VPL Leagues) for male and female players.

Our inclusion in the Junior Girls NPL Program for 2025 will allow us to position ourselves as a powerhouse in the West offering a range of programs to suit a range of abilities.

We are dedicated to building teams and a club that exemplifies the values of teamwork, respect, discipline, and integrity, guided by our experienced Technical Directors. Our commitment to the holistic development of our players is reflected in our comprehensive football program, which focuses on enhancing technical skills, tactical understanding, physical fitness, creativity, and mental resilience. 

For the past five years, Keilor Park has been implementing the FFA Football Pathways program, extending our program to accommodate elite-level teams by adopting NPL-level programs for our Junior Boys and Girls Kangaroo teams. This approach ensures that our players receive the highest level of training and development, preparing them for success at all levels of competition.  

In 2025 Keilor Park boasts teams from Under 7s to Seniors, both across male and female teams, with over 47 competing teams in 2025, accommodating over 700 female and male players, with Keilor Park starting a senior women’s team in 1987 and hosts to the 2025 Football Victoria Girls Cup, our commitment to diversity and inclusion has been exemplary, and will continue signally an exciting and strong future for our female teams.

Trials are yet to be scheduled. Invitations will be sent to new players, based on the required number of players for each team, experience and age group.

Programs available in 2026

• Junior Girls NPL (U13, U15 & U17) – providing our talented young female players with the opportunity to compete at the highest level and further develop their skills in an elite environment.
• Senior NPLW Program– Recently promoted into the NPLW competition.
• Pre-NPL / Kangaroo (U8-U12) – The program enhance our Miniroos & Junior players in a high performance environment and preparing those kids for Junior Girls NPL competitions.
• Juniors Development (U12 to U18) Girls – In these age groups we look for players who have developed core skills and an understanding of playing multiple positions, their ability to apply their core skills in a functional way as well as understanding different tactics. 
• Miniroos Development (U7 to U11) Girls – the emphasis is on participation, enjoyment, developing at pace the required skills and the nurturing of physical and emotional development. We find this the most successful method to get players performing at their best.
• Discovery Program (Little Eagles) – a small-sided games program in line with the Football Federation Victoria guidelines designed for boys and girls aged 5 to 8 who are new to the sport. AT CAPACITY FOR SEMESTER 1. UNABLE TO TAKE ANY ADDITIONAL EOIs
• Coaches EOI – We also welcome expression of interests from coaches who share our commitment to player centred development and club values.  As always we will be seeking EOI for NPL and community coaching roles
