Soccer Program for Kids
Aged 7-13 in Keilor Park

7 – 13 years old

Miniroos (U7 – U13)

This junior soccer program is open to boys and girls aged 7 to 13 years old, which typically includes students in Grades 2 to 8. Whether your child is just starting their football journey or already passionate about the game, Keilor Park Soccer Club provides a safe, fun, and supportive environment to grow. Teams train mainly twice a week (sometime 3x) and play competition football on Sundays.

Our program combines both the Discovery Phase and the Skills Acquisition Phase, ensuring each player builds a strong foundation before progressing into the Game Smarts phase.

Participants learn and master essential football skills such as striking the ball, first touch, 1v1 play, and running with the ball. These fundamentals are reinforced through fun, engaging activities.

In addition to skill development, players gain a well-rounded understanding of the game by experiencing different positions across the field — helping them become smarter, more adaptable footballers.

Participants also take part in real competitive matches against other local football clubs. These games provide valuable on-field experience, helping children apply their skills in a team environment while learning about sportsmanship, teamwork, and strategy.

We welcome players from Keilor Park, Tullamarine, Keilor East, Airport West, Gladstone Park, Sunshine North, Taylors Lakes, and surrounding areas in Melbourne’s north-west.
